On entering the Junior School each child is placed in one of four Houses: Armstrong, Bailey, Thomas or Wilson. Competitions spread through the year offer all children the opportunity for involvement.

House Competition is not just for sports. We also include activities such as chess, painting, poetry and singing to ensure that all of our pupils are able to contribute. House Points are awarded throughout the year for academic achievement or good behaviour, and are totalled and at the end of the Summer Term the ultimate winners are awarded the House Cup, usually to a particularly rousing cheer!

In Year Six all the children take a turn as House Leaders helping to organise teams for the competitions.
