The King’s School, Worcester provides Independent Co-education for ages 11-18

Applying to King's Senior

Once you have visited The King's School, either on an open morning or a working day, and you have decided you would like your son or daughter to be considered for a place, the first step is to complete a registration form which is enclosed in the prospectus pack. Alternatively, a copy can be downloaded here.
Please submit the completed form, together with the non-refundable registration fee of £40, to the Registrar. (Please note that the submission of this form does not guarantee a place for your child at King's, which is dependent upon their performance in our entrance tests).

Following Registration

Following registration, we will keep you informed throughout the application process. At the end of the Autumn Term preceding the year of entry, we will ask you to confirm that your child will be attending the entrance test and if you are interested in bursarial assistance or a music scholarship. When you have indicated your preferences we will then send you further details, which will include what to expect on testing day and specimen papers.

A similar pack will be sent to all those who have registered for Sixth Form entry and will include a sample of the specially designed cognitive abilities test which contains elements of English, Mathematics and spatial relationships. Each Sixth Form candidate will be required to complete an application form including a personal statement and return this by the deadline date shown on the form.
