CD by The Boy and Girl Choristers of Worcester Cathedral

The Boy and Girl Choristers of Worcester Cathedral have joined forces
to record this all-new disk of secular music.
The centrepiece of the disk is the children's operetta,
All The King's Men, a dramatic and entertaining account
of the siege of Gloucester, part of the English Civil War, in 1643.
Alongside this are a selection of beautiful songs by
Edward Elgar and Richard Rodney Bennett.
Elgar's Worcester connections are well known and
these rare miniatures are a must-have for any collector.
Bennett has a long list of major works to his name,
but especially in the realms of film.
Two of his most well-known scores were written for
Murder on the Orient Express and Four Weddings and Funeral.
and Four Weddings and Funeral.
The CD costs £10 and is available from the shop in Worcester Cathedral.
