Lands End to John O'Groats cycle challenge by Sarah Porter (Br 01-08)

Sarah Porter (Br 01-08) is undertaking the challenge of cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End with her mother at the end of June 2011.  They plan to complete the route in three weeks, covering fifty miles a day.

It's in aid of the Worcestershire Breast Cancer Unit.  Sarah writes "The challenge is very personal to me and my family.  My Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer last April and, fortunately, has been given the all clear.  However, the treatment was made all the more stressful by having to travel to Cheltenham every day from Worcester.  The WBCU needs to raise £2.5 million in order to establish a dedicated breast cancer unit at Worcester Royal Hospital.  Please go to www.justgiving/sallyporter if you would like to support us."
