Chris Pite

We are sorry to announce the sad news that Chris Pite who was on the staff from 1964-7 has died. He was in a nursing home and had been ill for some time.

He leaves his wife, Jill, one son and two daughters.

Chris worked out in Africa in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as a statistician and on returning did a PGCE and joined KIng's.

John Turner (Hon OV 60-96) says "I enjoyed his company - we both taught Maths – and we kept in touch when he decided to rejoin the Civil Service in the National Office of Statistics but still live in Worcester."
