Past Events

King's School Fete - Bank Holiday Monday 7th May

The bi-annual King's Fete took place in the school grounds and raised over £16,000 for the school (particularly the SPACE project this year) and three local charities - Acorns, St Richard's Hospice and Maggs Day Centre.  In true British tradition everyone refused to let the rain dampen their spirits and a fun day was had by all.

Many thanks to all those who contributed and helped to make this such a successful event.

More photos to follow shortly.

Christmas Ball - The Twilight Gothic Ball

This year's ball proved to be immensely enjoyable. A higher than normal number of guests dressed the part. College Hall, decorated and lit to create a gothic atmosphere, lent itself perfectly to the theme and the 'Blind Lemons' were on top form, as were the caterers.

Helen Randle Photography took some great photos on the night and they can be viewed and ordered via www.helenrandlephotography.co.uk Select 'Galleries' and then 'Kings Dinner 2011'

Friday 7th October 2011
Quiz Night

Some of Worcester's finest minds fought hard to win the typically enjoyable and brain-stretching annual quiz night. Others won spot prizes and the raffle was generously supported (as was the bar !).

Monday 2nd May 2011
May Day Charity Walk

Thanks to everyone who supported the pig roast and bar in the School gardens at the end of the Charity Walk.

Friday 26th November 2010
Parents Committee Blitz Ball

The Ball is an annual social and fundraising event organised by the Parents' Committee for all parents in the Kings Foundation schools. On this occasion, College Hall was transformed into the officers mess on this chilly November evening. Well over 200 diners danced the night away and raised around £4,000 for school development projects.
