Uniform
Children should wear their uniform for all formal occasions (including Senior School functions) when representing the school and for coming to and going home from school each day, unless given alternative instructions by staff. Summer uniform is compulsory during the Summer once the weather is warm and settled – please click here for uniform lists for the pre-prep department and the junior school.
Hair should be cut to a reasonable length and in an acceptable style. Jewellery should not be worn, although, if absolutely necessary, earrings are permitted provided they are small, plain studs. The majority of uniform required must be purchased either from Schooltogs of New Street, Worcester (01905 28658) or from the School Second Hand Shop (5, Castle Place next to the Senior School Playground). Schooltogs is open from Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm. Please click here for opening dates for the Second Hand Shop.
Marking of Clothing and Possessions
It is important that if clothing is bought from the Second Hand Shop, the name of the previous owner is removed. Please check regularly to ensure that nametapes are still in place and that the name is visible. Lost property, that is not named, is collected and stored by Matron. Any unclaimed items are displayed at the end of each term and if still unclaimed, become part of the school's 'emergency stock'! Shoes and trainers are difficult to mark – please inscribe initials on the inside of the tongue if possible.
