Fellowship Bursaries

Benefactors at the Henry VIII 500th Celebrations in 2009

The Fellowship Bursary scheme was set up by Andrew Underwood  to encourage OVs and friends of King's to join together to share the cost of supporting a bursary.

Over £200,000 has already been committed to the scheme through a combination of regular monthly contributions and single one-off donations. The fund now supports 7 bursaries for pupils who would not otherwise be able to afford to come to King's.

Many OVs give just a small amount each month but these contributions added to those from contemporaries quickly add up to make the equivalent of a 1/3 bursary.

There are several OV Fellowship Bursary groups currently in existence. Details of each can be found on the following pages.

If you would like to make a contribution, however large or small, to any of these groups, simply go to the group page, contact the
or go to Ways of giving.

If you are interested in setting up a fellowship group of any sort - OV Medics, rugby teams, choristers, rowing eights, Enterprise groups, or indeed year groups, please contact the
, or download the Fellowship Bursary Brochure(pdf) for more information.
