Science and Mathematics

The sciences are a solid part of the core of the school, and play a large part in the lives of the students. The vibrancy in the early years, from extra-curricular activities and the range of classroom opportunities on offer, continues into the middle years as the specialist graduate staff prepare them for life and examinations. Facilities throughout the technology and science departments are excellent, and seem to be developing all of the time. A level studies are also very strong, and Art students often choose a science as their fourth AS because they value the teaching and learning it offers.
