A Day of Discovery and Play for Our Cygnets

This week, our youngest nursery pupils, the Cygnets, enjoyed a wonderful outing to The Wilding Collective Soft Play, a fun-filled experience that brought smiles, laughter, and lots of energetic play!

From the moment they arrived, the children were full of excitement, ready to explore the colourful and imaginative soft play areas. Climbing, sliding, crawling, and bouncing the Cygnets made the most of every moment, developing their physical skills while having an absolutely brilliant time.

It was a joy to see how confidently the children navigated the different areas, taking on new challenges and showing growing independence, all while enjoying quality time with their friends. Their behaviour was fantastic, polite, cooperative, and full of enthusiasm.

Outings like this are a valuable part of early years development, offering opportunities for social interaction, physical coordination, and sensory exploration in a safe and stimulating environment. It also gives the children the chance to practise important skills such as turn-taking, sharing, and following simple instructions, all while having fun!

A big thank you to The Wilding Collective for being such welcoming hosts and providing a space where our youngest learners could thrive and play. It was a lovely experience for all involved and a day full of happy memories.
