The Foundation Development & Alumni Relations Office is part of The King’s School, Worcester and so the school is ultimately responsible for how this office uses personal data. The school works in close conjunction with the charity, The King’s School Worcester Development Trust (‘The Trust’). The proceeds of the Trust’s fundraising work will be used to provide bursaries to pupils as a priority. The Foundation Development & Alumni Relations Office processes all information about the school’s alumni and this notice covers how the school uses your personal data for alumni relations and fundraising purposes.
Please note that throughout this policy we refer to ‘alumni’; however, this relates to all individuals with whom we engage from an alumni relations and development perspective, and will include former parents and staff, current parents, pupils, staff, and members of the wider community.
