Celebrating Success – another splendid week
In today’s Celebration Assembly we were treated to some beautiful music courtesy of Olivia G who played Go Tell It on the Mountain on her violin.

We had a surprise guest this morning in the form of Monsieur Julien Atrous, Executive Chef at Thomas Franks. He announced that from Monday, children will have the opportunity to visit some vegetable-tasting tables. First up: beetroot and leeks! The vegetables will be made into dips, jams, hummus, individual bitesize pies and many other delights. The children will be able to see the vegetables used in a variety of ways and taste-test them. Monsieur Atrous encouraged all of the children to try the food that will be on offer next week. This initiative will continue for a month and introduce the children to a wide range of foods.
