Holiday Club offers Summer of Fun
During the long school holiday, King’s St Alban’s Holiday Club ensured that children from KSA and beyond were kept entertained. The staff team, lead by Lizzie Monkhouse, delivered an exciting and varied programme of activities. These included climbing, baking, tie-dyeing, cricket, ice-skating, tennis, pottery painting, Forest School, Laserquest, a dance workshop, football training, a trampoline park, Lego workshop, the History Man, two pizza and movie nights and a sleepover!!
Alongside the exciting activities on offer, children were also given the opportunity for free-play. The Pre-Prep Hall became a treasure cave, with plenty of games to explore. Holiday Club also provided children with the chance to catch up with existing friends and make new ones.
Children came from far and wide: we were delighted to welcome children from a whopping 22 schools from around Worcestershire. In addition to this we had one attendee from the Philippines, two from Ukraine and two children from California!
As always the staff went above and beyond each day. This meant that the children had a fabulous time, leaving each day exhausted but happy!
Holiday Club returns to King’s St Alban’s during the October Half Term and booking forms will be circulated in the coming weeks.
