King’s Footballer Represents the Midlands

Well done to Upper Fourth Former (Year 8) Joseph who represented the Midlands at the ISFA festival at Shrewsbury School during the holiday, having been selected following three weekends of trials in the autumn term. The Midlands team was undefeated in the festival, defeating Herts and Essex 1-0, South East 2-0, South West 5-0, South Central 5-0, North West 3-1 and drawing with London 1-1. This is a terrific achievement, particularly as Joseph has to manage type one diabetes during any sporting event.
