King’s Pupils Enter National Girls’ Cyber Security Competition

Last week four teams of Upper Fourth (Year 8) girls entered the national CyberFirst Girls Competition hosted by GCHQ and NCSC. The week long online competition provided a fun but challenging environment to encourage and inspire the next generation of young women to consider Computer Science as a subject option, with a view to a future career in Cybersecurity. All girls put in a sterling effort and progressed impressively through the challenges; now the wait is on to see whether they have secured a place in the final.
