The King’s Parents’ Association exists to provide a sociable, fun link between home and school life through a variety of events throughout the year. These events help raise funds for specific school projects and provide an opportunity to socialise with other parents and carers.

Introducing the King’s Worcester Parents’ Association

The King’s Worcester Parents’ Association (KWPA) consists of a group of parents and some senior members of the school’s staff who meet during the year to organise events such as a Parents’ Ball, a Quiz Night, and other social occasions.

Each year, we raise thousands of pounds that contribute towards important projects. Recent projects funded have included equipment for the Lower Years and Middle Years outdoor spaces, furniture for outside the Sixth Form Centre Café, and swimming equipment for the upgraded pool that is used across the foundation. These projects enhance the existing facilities and equipment, providing enriching additions for the benefit of all pupils.

Everyone is warmly welcomed to get involved—whether that means helping to plan events, deciding how the funds raised are used, or offering practical help when needed. Even a couple of hours of your time can make a difference, introduce you to new friends, and enrich your experience of life at King’s!

For more information, please contact Emma Butcher or Libby Price at parentsassociation@ksw.org.uk.
