King’s Day 2022

Due to the storm damage caused to Worcester Cathedral earlier this year, we are very sad not to be able to offer the traditional King’s Day altogether this year.

However, we are glad that the Upper Sixth along with their parents, guardians and siblings are able to come together for their farewell ceremonies and that we can offer a live broadcast of the services to friends, family, staff and the wider King’s community.

King’s Day Live Broadcast via Firefly

Following on from the Cathedral service we will see much-valued King’s Day events running once again and welcome everyone to visit the outstanding A-Level exhibition in the Sir Terry Frost Art Gallery, to attend the annual cricket match against our very own OV team down on the playing field or take some time to see some of our exceptional rowers take part in the KSW Boat Club Regatta on the River Severn.

The rowing begins at 2pm and the cricket will begin at 2.30pm.
