Leadership Development for CCF Students

As part of the Junior NCO Cadre Course, a group of Army cadets spent the day on the Nineacres Estate at Malvern College.  The aim was for four of the cadets to deliver Fieldcraft lessons to a group of Army and RAF recruits.  Delivering effective and enjoyable lessons is an essential part of the Junior NCO’s training and leadership development as they hope to progress to be the future instructors and Senior NCO’s of the Contingent.

The recruits learned about how things are seen in the field, personal camouflage and concealment, duties of a sentry and how to move correctly with and without a rifle.  Congratulations go to Alice C, Jemima G, Jamie W and Will E on successfully completing this section of their JNCO Cadre.
