Pupils on form in Fourth Form Netball Competition

Both L4 and U4 competed in the hotly anticipated inter-from Netball competition this week and it was wonderful to see the camaraderie and enthusiasm from both players and coaches. At the L4 competition, the eventual winners were pushed all of the way and Miss Ormandy was thrilled that her form, L4A were victorious. In the U4 competition, it was great to see every girl involved, whether physically playing or supporting from the sideline. This competition was just as thrilling, as U4C snatched victory from U4B. Mr Lummas, form tutor for U4C said:

“I am delighted the girls of U4C have produced several great performances in the Form Netball competition.  When we discussed the competition they were quietly confident that their teamwork and positive attitude would see them do well.  The support from the boys was brilliant as they felt the girls should be able to beat the other teams.  That said, looking at the results the game against U4F must have been very close.  Congratulations on playing so well as a team”

These competitions have been fantastic to see the progress that the players have made in the first half of term and have demonstrated excellent teamwork and enthusiasm towards their netball. A thoroughly enjoyable afternoon had by all.
