The King’s Foundation is a dynamic community of independent day schools for boys and girls aged two to eighteen. It is comprised of the Senior School, King’s Worcester, and two Prep Schools, King’s St Alban’s and King’s Hawford, based across two beautiful sites.
Attracting over 1,300 children from Worcestershire, the West Midlands and beyond, we provide an inspirational education, helping girls and boys thrive and reach their true potential.
The Senior School is proudly inclusive, a welcoming community sustained by the warmth of our relationships. Standing on the banks of the River Severn, in the shadow of Worcester Cathedral, we combine history with innovation, the vigour of a busy city centre day school with the immersive life of our boarding school origins and academic excellence which with co-curricular engagement and success.
Sharing the facilities of the Senior School site, King’s St Alban’s encourages pupils to take on challenges and learn from them, which drives forward the development of children and staff alike. Hard work, laughter and a love of life fill every corner of the school. Like the Senior School, we embrace technology and innovative teaching methods, whilst respecting our proud history and traditional values.
These schools enjoy a wonderful location, stunning contemporary architecture, fantastic sporting facilities on site, including an amazing boathouse and over 50 acres of beautiful playing fields.
Set in glorious countryside to the north of the city, King’s Hawford brings the delights of a traditional Prep School bang up to date, while still encouraging our pupils into the stunning outdoor location we enjoy. Set in 23 acres of land, we have nature on our doorstep but also enjoy impressive modern facilities. Here is a school where everyone matters, and everyone can find their place.
We are proud of our schools and their locations and facilities, but isn’t that what all schools say? What really makes the King’s Foundation different?
