We are delighted to welcome you to a Wine and Cheese Pairing evening on Thursday 25 Mary 2023, which will be delivered by OV Lee-Anna Rennie of The Dairy Made, followed by the opportunity to network with other local businesses.
To reassure attendees, wine available within the tasting element of the evening sits below the legal driving limit, with further wine and non-alcoholic drinks available while networking.
The event will begin at 6pm in the King’s School Mulberry Marquee. We anticipate the evening closing at 8pm.

The Dairy Made
The Dairy Made is the culmination of over 15 years of working within the dairy industry and is a UK-based, global dairy consultancy that is trying to change the way we approach and consume all things milk-based.
Having worked for all sizes and types of cheese maker, from traditional farmhouse producers up to the big boys on the industrial side, Lee-Anna has made cheese, talked about cheese, taught many how to make cheese, eaten A LOT of cheese and judged at National and International cheese awards globally. She also has a background in animal husbandry specialising in Dairy, her goats have provided litres upon litres of white gold perfect for teaching with!
Lee-Anna is an International consultant, writer and tutor on all matters Dairy. She has made it her life’s quest to spread the word of cheese and now does so via the Academy of Cheese accredited teaching, cheese pairing tastings & cheesemaking tutorials.

On Wednesday 11 January 2023 we are very much looking forward to welcoming guest speaker Mark Wright to our latest Network 1541 event for some inspiration as the new year dawns. During his talk, ‘Backpacker to Boardroom’, Mark will discuss some of the key lessons he has learnt while building his business from the ground up, including his successes, challenges and recent sale. He will also share some of the experiences he gained during his time on the BBC’s The Apprentice and in becoming Lord Sugar’s business partner.
