The King’s School Art Department Warmly Invite You to A Walk Along the River Severn

In September The King’s School Art department welcomed the renowned artist Jake Attree, who exhibits his work nationally and internationally, as our artist in residence to work with our Lower Fourth (Year 7) pupils.

Inspired by his collaboration with Robert Powell, A Small Box of River, each pupil has spent the last four weeks producing their own Walk Along the River Severn. Their first hand observations have been recorded in a variety of exciting ways in both Art and English. These observations have been documented in individual concertina books.

This work that has been produced will be on display from 7th - 23rd November 2018. Family and friends of the exhibiting pupils are invited to attend. We very much look forward to welcoming you.

When: 7th - 23rd November 2018
