King’s St Alban’s Virtual Open Morning 16th January

King’s St Alban’s is warmly inviting parents to join us and explore what we have on offer for children from Nursery to Year 6 at our Virtual Open Morning on Saturday 16th January. The Virtual Open Morning will give the opportunity for parents to virtually meet our staff and take a digital tour of the nursery and school facilities.

King’s St Alban’s is set in an idyllic location on the bank of the River Severn in the shadow of Worcester Cathedral. It is a co-educational Junior School within the King’s Foundation, offering outstanding education, excellent pastoral care and abundant choices in music, sports and drama. King’s St Alban’s sits in its own small campus, adjacent to the King’s Senior school meaning it operates as a self-contained area while also benefiting from being part of the Senior School site and the fantastic facilities on offer there (such as the theatre, drama and dance studio, climbing wall and well-equipped sports hall).

At King’s St Alban’s we offer an exciting and varied curriculum designed to inspire, motivate and challenge our children. We place a strong emphasis on the core subjects of Maths and English whilst also providing subject specific teachers for Art, Music, Science, French, and Games, with access to excellent facilities within a genuinely nurturing environment. We want to ensure the children find learning fun and stimulating, to develop lifelong passions and to encourage children to take part in activities that engage and which also help develop confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Our school life is rich, vibrant, and designed to ensure that every child discovers their inner talents, empowering them to be the very best they can be.

Our foundation of schools made a dynamic response to the national COVID-19 lockdown in March 2019, implementing the latest technology to facilitate online learning at the switch of a button. The school is now leading the way in delivering a hybrid model of learning that ensures educational continuity remains at the heart of the King’s education. This operation enables pupils not only to survive the effects of lockdown, but to adapt and thrive.
