The Alumni Relations and Business Development office holds a range of events throughout the year for OVs both in Worcester and beyond.
Where an event is specific to a particular group or year group, this is clarified in the event details. However, all are welcome to attend.

Superball 2026
Come along to the University Arena on Saturday 21 March 2026 to support the King’s 1st and 2nd VIII as they take on RGS in the annual Superball netball fixture.
The arena doors will open at 1530, with the 2nd VIII teams playing at 1600. The 1st teams’ fixture will start at 1800.
Tickets are £10 for adults and £6 for concessions (with an additional booking fee). They are on sale from 1800 on 6 March, and may be purchased via this link HERE
Event management: The organisation and management of the event will be in the hands of the University of Worcester, in consultation with senior members of staff from King’s and RGS. The normal Arena Stadium Rules will apply before, during and after the match, with additional measures taken to help protect the safety of younger members of the crowd.
Attendance: All pupils, past and present, of the King’s Foundation are welcome to attend the match. Children in the Prep Schools, the Lower Years and the Lower Remove must be under the direct supervision of one or more adult (over 18 years old) and should remain seated with this adult for the duration of the match.
Conduct: This is a School event. The King’s School Worcester expects very high standards of behaviour to be set and maintained by all supporters. This includes the sharing of appropriate supportive comments only with nothing of a derogatory nature being directed at the umpires or the opposition. In addition, the University of Worcester will enforce their one person/one seat rule and aisles and exits must be kept clear.
Access and Parking: The Arena has a dedicated car park, accessed via the Arena entrance on Hylton Road where spectators can park. In the event that this car park is full, spectators are advised to park in the nearby University of Worcester car park or the City Council car parks. Directions to the car parks for Arena events are also signposted throughout the City. There is a drop-off zone located in immediately next to the Arena and ample parking for disabled visitors on the Arena site.
Refreshments: Refreshments will be available. This is a School event and pupils may not consume or purchase alcohol. Furthermore, only adults over the age of 21 will be allowed to purchase alcoholic drinks and no alcohol may be purchased for spectators under the age of 21. No alcohol may be brought onto the premises and all those entering the ground are liable to be searched. Stewards will rigorously enforce these rules.
Match Postponement: The University reserves the right to postpone the match. The School will alert families to such a postponement, giving as much advance warning as we are able. Please be aware that refunds are unlikely to be available in the event of a postponement.
VigFest 2026 (80s Night)

The School Gardens will once again welcome OVs from across the generations for an unforgettable evening of eating, drinking and dancing at VigFest 2026 – now turbo-charged with an 80s twist!
Expect neon vibes, big energy and an amazing DJ spinning all the iconic tunes you’ll still know by heart.
When: Saturday 11 July 2026
What time: 6.30pm – 11.00pm
Dress code: Come as you are / Festival vibe…with 80s flair encouraged!
Tickets: £25 per person
This includes a Welcome Drink and two course buffet dinner. There will also be a card/cash bar.
Everyone is welcome, but please note this event is for over-18s only.

123rd Annual OV Dinner 2026
SAVE THE DATE!
Bring your OV friends together for an evening of food and friendship in memory-filled College Hall. Open to all OVs from across the eras, with a special focus on those celebrating milestone year reunions – we’re looking at you, the Years of 2006, 1996, 1986, 1981, 1976 and 1966!

Five Year Reunion for the Year of 2021
We’re very excited to welcome the Year of 2021 back to King’s for their Five Year Reunion!
When: Saturday 3 October 2026
What time: 5-7pm with drinks and canapes
Where: The Mulberry Marquee at King’s School, Worcester
Dress code: Smart casual
Official invitations will be emailed to the Year of 2021 closer to the date (make sure we have your current email address!)

OV London Drinks

Following another great London Drinks in 2026, we’re ready for 2027’s event!
We’re very much looking forward to seeing OVs from across the country at the OV London Drinks on Thursday 4 February 2027. This will be a great opportunity to banish the ‘New Year Blues’ with a wonderful evening of socialising, networking, and re-connecting with school friends.
We will be returning to the private Villiers Room upstairs in The Theodore Bullfrog – close to Charing Cross Station/Underground and easy walking distance from Embankment, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Temple and Piccadilly Circus underground stations:
