Heads of School Announced for 2023-2024 Academic Year

We are delighted to announce that our Heads of School for the 2023/24 Academic Year will be George C-F and Jasmine S. 

 George joined King’s Worcester in Year 7, along with his twin sister. He is studying Maths, Further Maths, Physics and German A-levels, and is hoping to go on to study Mechanical Engineering next year at university. George balances his academic studies with a wide range of co-curricular activities including 1st Team football, 2nd Team rugby, Gold DofE and playing the saxophone in the School’s Wind and Jazz band. 

George believes that the co-curricular provision on offer at King’s is “one of the School’s greatest strengths,” and is keen in his role as Head of School to “encourage more active participation in school clubs lower down in the School to make sure that all pupils are making the most out of their time here.” 

Jasmine began her King’s Journey at King’s Hawford when only two years old and continued through to Year 6. She returned to King’s in the Lower Sixth, where she joined the 2nd hockey team and completed her training to become a Peer Educator for the Lower Years pupils. This is something she states she is “keen to continue with in my Upper Sixth year”. 

Jasmine is studying A-levels in Art, Biology and Psychology and will also be completing her EPQ (Extended Project Qualification). She plans to go on to study Fine Art at university next year, hopefully in London. 

Jasmine is keen to throw herself into everything during her last year at King’s: “I want to get involved with every opportunity available to me, develop both academically and in wider areas, and become the best version of myself in order to go on to achieve my dreams.”
