OV Opening Doors in Fashion

We love to hear how OVs get on after they leave King’s and we are delighted to hear how well OV Laura Eaton (K 11-18) is getting on, 1 year later.

Laura is currently studying Fashion Management at Nottingham Trent University but during her holidays has been working as Product Development Assistant at international clothing company, Cotswold Collections.

It all began when Laura wanted to gain some work experience to complete her Gold Arts Award during her time at King’s. Her business teacher, Gwyn Williams (Hon OV), recommended Cotswold Collections.

Laura has excelled and has had the opportunity to do all sorts of tasks, from creating mood boards, to assisting with film shoots. She is currently featured on the Cotswold Collections website in their feature “A day in the life of our intern” which you can read here.

Laura also undertook an internship at Boden during Summer in London and is making the most of her opportunities. We look forward to seeing where Laura’s career develops in the future!
