OV Pillman’s Passing Out
Many congratulations go to OV Henry Pillman (Br 12-17), who passed out from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in April, after a 44-week Regular Commissioning Course, and now takes up his commission as Second Lieutenant Pillman with the Royal Dragoon Guards.
In recognition for his endeavours during the course, Henry was appointed Junior Under Officer (JUO) of Sovereign’s Platoon, which is the platoon judged to be the best of the intake. As a result of this, Henry marched at the front of the platoon for the Sovereign’s Parade. You can see him just behind the horse in the photo.
Henry was joined by his family for his passing out, including his brother, OV Charles Pillman (W 15-22 and Old St Alban’s).
Congratulations Henry!
