OV’s New Year Honours

We are delighted to learn that OV John Stephen (Cl 1960-67) was made a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order (CVO) in the 2023 New Year Honours list.

The CVO is equivalent to the CBE and is awarded in recognition of personal service to the Monarch, in John’s case latterly as a member of the Prince’s Council, advising on property matters.
