OVs’ Royal Recognition

We were delighted to learn that OV-owned and run Brockway Carpets has been granted the Royal Warrant of Appointment as Carpet Manufacturer to His Majesty King Charles III.

The Royal Warrant is as a mark of recognition to people or companies who have regularly supplied goods or services to the Royal Household for at least five years.

OV Charles Annable (Cl 78-88 and Old St Alban’s) is Chairman of Brockway Carpets, which has been in his family since the company began in 1964, and is supported by Managing Director, OV Derek Evans (Cr 78-86 and Old Hawfordian).

Charles explained, “As a Royal Warrant Holder, Brockway is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, craftsmanship and environmental standards. We are honoured to be granted the Royal Warrant from His Majesty The King. As a family-run carpet manufacturer dedicated to creating the finest wool carpets this award is testament to the hard work and commitment of the entire Brockway team over many years. It also reinforces our belief in British design and craftsmanship and our ongoing commitment to meeting the highest environmental and social standards.”
