Our facilities are available for booking throughout the week, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours during school holidays, providing flexible options for both regular and one-off bookings. Prices start from £30 per hour (plus VAT), offering accessible, high-quality venue hire in a central Worcester location.

Keyes Sports Hall, Severn Street
The Keyes Building is home to our exceptional national-standard sports hall. This versatile facility is designed to accommodate various sports and is equipped with full-sized court markings and equipment for a range of sports including badminton, netball, indoor hockey, fencing, 5-a-side indoor football, basketball, rounders, gymnastics, as well as having four lanes of indoor cricket nets. The hall features a sprung floor for optimal performance and is complemented by full changing facilities for your convenience.

The hall features vinyl flooring for optimal performance and is complemented by full changing facilities for your convenience.

Playing Fields, Slingpool Walk
Our full-sized grass pitches are ideal for a range of sports, including rugby, football, cricket, and athletics. During the winter season, the pitches can accommodate up to 7 rugby pitches of different sizes and 4 football pitches. In the summer, we offer 2 grass and 2 artificial cricket pitches. Full changing facilities are also available.
Suitable uses: rugby, football, cricket training and matches, and athletics.
Equipment available to use: rugby posts, goal posts, cricket nets and athletics equipment.

Cinderella Sports Fields, St John’s
Our splendid grounds are available for hire on weekdays evenings and weekends throughout the summer season offering a perfect venue for cricket, rounders, and other suitable activities. Additionally, the grounds can be used for rugby and junior football (9 a side maximum) during the winter months. There are changing facilities and toilets in the pavilion. A small kitchen area is also available.
Please note Cinderella is not floodlit.
Suitable uses: Cricket, junior football, summer holiday camps and tournaments.

Introducing the JMT, a versatile venue that can accommodate up to 300 people. This modern theatre is equipped with industry-standard lighting and AV equipment, making it perfect for both development space and full-scale production performances. Beyond its theatrical capabilities, the JMT is also an excellent choice for conferences and speaker events. With its modern amenities and adaptable layout, the JMT provides an ideal space for a wide range of events.

The Michael Baker Boathouse, Severn Street

The Barn, King’s Hawford
The Barn is a contemporary and expansive venue specifically designed to offer maximum versatility. It caters to a wide range of activities, including indoor sports, musical and drama performances, awards ceremonies, and social gatherings.
Suitable uses: indoor sports such as martial arts, Pilates and yoga, awards ceremonies, performances, tournaments, quizzes, parties, and fayres.
Dimensions: 18.3m x 11m
Equipment available to use: Retractable seating for up to 205 people, tables, chairs, projector, AV equipment. A small kitchen area and toilets are also available.
Please note: helium balloons are not allowed in the Barn.

The Vigornian Meeting Room, Severn Street
The Vigornian meeting room, with its view of Worcester Cathedral. It offers a variety of seating layouts making it an ideal space for meetings and events, whether it be a full day meeting or just a couple of hours. Audio Visual equipment is available and there is a small kitchen adjacent. Refreshments are available through our caterers at additional cost.

Classrooms, Severn Street
A variety of classrooms are available to hire individually or as a block booking. They can be hired in conjunction with other facilities across the school site such as the dining hall facilities, John Moore Theatre and sports halls.
