Year 4 trip to Old Chapel

The Year 4 residential at the Old Chapel was a complete success despite the rather unseasonal weather! The children thoroughly enjoyed their time building dens in the wood for Matron’s teddy bear to sleep in, relished the freedom of playing lots of outside games and loved paddling in the (cold) stream followed by a much needed sit round the campfire drinking hot chocolate whilst roasting marshmallows.

And after a reasonable night sleep they woke afresh to start all over again!

Many said they are already looking forward to their next visit to the Old Chapel in Year 6. Success!
