At King’s we are proud to offer a comprehensive transport system to help pupils and their parents access King’s Senior School and King’s St Alban’s Prep School. Children from King’s St Alban’s are able to make use of the school transport services from Year 3 onwards and many children travel to and/or from school by train, coach or bus. King’s St Alban’s children are accompanied to the main coach and bus departure points by a familiar member of staff at the end of the school day.

Services organised by King’s

At King’s we offer our own Minibus/coach services, which are fulfilled by:

  • King’s minibuses which are driven by minibus drivers who are employed by King’s,
  • Severn Taxis (our partnered taxi company),
  • Commandery Coaches (our partnered coach company).

We ensure that all vehicles used in our Transport Services are driven by a network of qualified and DBS checked drivers.

Our current routes can be found below:

King’s Hawford minibus service

This is a morning-only service that leaves King’s Hawford at 7.50am.

The is a daily service between Broadway and King’s. This service includes a stop at the Waitrose store on London Road. This may be of interest to parents with children aged 7 and over who wish to avoid travelling into the city centre during rush hour.
