Pupils benefit from Well-being Wednesday Wisdom

Well-being Wednesday at our school is a cherished weekly event, dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of our children. Every Wednesday, children actively engage in activities focused on enhancing their well-being, both physically and emotionally. From mindfulness exercises and yoga sessions to creative arts and group discussions, our students have the opportunity to explore various avenues that promote mental and physical health. Through these carefully considered activities, we aim to instil essential life skills such as stress management, empathy, and self-awareness. Well-being Wednesday provides a safe space for children to express their feelings, learn coping strategies, build positive relationships with their peers and also have fun. By providing this regular weekly well-being session, we aim to foster a supportive and empathetic school community, where every child’s mental and emotional health is valued and nurtured.
