Celebrating Success at Hawford

Our second week of term has been a wonderful time at Hawford, with a particular highlight being Tuesday’s start of term assembly in Worcester Cathedral, where we joined pupils from across the Foundation. Today’s assembly in the Barn was slightly smaller but no less exciting!

Achievements Outside School

Cassian W – Won gold in both the 150m and 600m at the Herefordshire Athletics County Championships, a nd gold in the U12 category at the Worcester Athletics Cross Country Championships.

Fraser S – Competed in the junior category of the Worcester City Run and was named Player of the Day at the FDC Football Camp.

Tilly C – Won gold medals in the 50m and 100m breaststroke at the Wolverhampton Swimming Club Association.

Florence B – Achieved her 5m and Level 2 swimming badges.

Olivia L and Theodore T – Completed Level 2 of the Golfway programme at Cleobury Mortimer.

Dougie G – Achieved a Distinction in LAMDA Stage 1.

Freddie L – Earned rosettes at Hickstead for a clear round and placed sixth out of 96 competitors in the 40cm style round.
