Celebrating Success – Autumn Term, Week 4

Reception:

• Well done to Mary, who received a Focus Award, and Alice, who was named the class Super Star.

Year 1:

• Theo earned a certificate for Focus and Coco is the Year One Super Star this week.
• Year One were praised for their great work making ‘flag’ sausage dogs.
• The children in Year One have been learning how to use adjectives. All children showed their work on Three Billy Goats’ Gruff.

Year 2:

• Hibah received a Kindness Certificate, and this week’s Super Star Award went to Magson.

Year 4:

• Nell, Romi, Ben, Alice, Cerys and Hannah have created some pictures showing a truck filled with things that are important to them.

Year 5:

• 5E have impressed in their English lessons. Emily, Harry D, Tilly, Archie and Sophia wrote some superb postcards about a day, month or year on Earth. These were written from the perspective of an alien.
• Louis, Isy, Skye and Arlo were praised for their brilliant creative writing: they produced some excellent work.

Year 6:

• Monty, Charlotte, Otto, Ethan and Grace were praised by Mrs Kilbey for their written work in French. All created impressive tables of nouns.

Times Table Certificates:

• Mr Chapman was delighted to award 13 Time Tables Certificates to Year Six pupils today.

Mindfulness Ambassadors:

Our Mindfulness Ambassadors were presented with their badges today. Well done to:

Year 4: Romi, Martha, Jasper and Greta.

Year 5: Ben, Crispin, Sophia, Rosie, Albert, Ariya and Mark.

Year 6: Millie, Lily E, Charlotte, Suzie and Beth.

European Day of Languages:

Well done to our Treasure Hunt Winners: Che David and Crispin.

Prefect Badges:

Well done to Jasper and Joel, who were awarded their Prefect Badges this week.

Swimming Award:

Charlotte H was presented with a swimming award.

LAMDA Certificates:

Jasper MH and Monty MH were given their LAMDA certificates.
