Celebrating Success: Spring Term – Week 11

We had a slightly different set up for Celebration Assembly this week. With The Barn set up ready for a day of technical rehearsals for the Year 3 and 4 production, Mrs Phillips delivered the assembly from the Music Department. Thanks to Zoom the whole school could join together in celebrating the many successes that have taken place this week.

Jasper P commenced proceedings with a spectacular performance on the drums – the performance was so spectacular it caused Mrs Phillips’ laptop to malfunction ever so slightly! Playing in front of one’s peers is challenging, however performing to an empty room can be just as difficult. Jasper gave a confident and polished performance. Well done! Jasper stayed in the Music Department throughout the assembly to ably assist Mrs Phillips with drum rolls where needed.

HTAs:

Mrs Phillips is going to need an even bigger basket of brilliance the way things are going this term. Once again she has had a steady stream of pupils through her office door to receive their Head Teacher Awards.

Charlotte F and Elsa in Year 1 and Barnaby and Finn in Year 3 received HTAs this week.
