Celebrating Success Spring Term Week Six
We had a special treat in assembly this morning, when we were joined by Monty, Luke and Fran, all of whom were part of the Modus winning 1st XV rugby team. All three boys are former pupils of King’s St Alban’s, so it was wonderful to welcome them back to school. The boys showed off the impressive Modus Cup and spoke about the fantastic experience of being part of the winning team. It was wonderful to hear the boys reflect on their time at King’s St Alban’s and the impact it has had on them. For our pupils, it was inspiring to see how well Monty, Luke and Fran have done since leaving KSA. We are sure that a large number of our current pupils will be aspiring to represent King’s Worcester First Teams in the not so distant future.
Pre-Prep Awards
After a week away from school, there was plenty to celebrate in assembly this morning: we crowned six Pre-Prep superstars for starters. Well done to Baxter C and Chloe F in Reception, Ivan J and Mikaeel L in Year One, and Leen and Nell in Year Two. Sticking with Pre-Prep, Coco F (Y1), was praised for her super handwriting!
Prep Achievements:
Kasvika B has impressed her teacher with her initiative and independent work over half term. Kasvika spent time over the holidays producing a list of words with definitions for the 4R Word of the Day Wall without being asked to do so.
Times Table Certificates:
Well done to Emily F, Arlo F, Yifei H and George C who were all presented with Gold Times Table Awards.
Achievements Outside of School:
Well done to Henry (4R), who achieved his Swim England Level 5 Learn to Swim certificate.
