Celebrating Success Spring Term Week 7

There was plenty to celebrate in this week’s assembly!

Pre-Prep Awards

Charlie W received a Superstar Award for showing great confidence when sharing his ideas in lessons. Akshay V has worked consistently hard in all of his lessons, and has been listening carefully to feedback. Today he was rewarded with a Pre-Prep Superstar Certificate.

Molly P has shown fantastic focus in all of her tasks, and Ben P was recognised as a Superstar for always listening carefully and following instructions in the classroom.

Alice D was the Reception Superstar for always quietly working hard and listening carefully to all instructions. Maisie W received the second Reception Superstar Award for her brilliant focus: she has been so animated and involved in all areas of her learning.

 

Commendation Awards

Grace D, Monty E and Shreya V were commended for their consistent work in French lessons. They all demonstrated accurate writing skills and typed up excellent emails expressing opinions about school and school subjects.

The following Year Three pupils were commended for a super effort with their science homework; each pupil designed a poster about springs in everyday life: Henrietta W-L, Dylan M, Elodie H and Albert W.

The children in Year Two have been working hard on The Great Fire of London. Magson C, Hibah R, Askay V, Archie H and Tiegan W were commended for their super focus and enthusiasm in writing newspaper reports on the fire.

The whole of Year One were commended for working very hard on their missing posters for Mummy Wombat after reading Wombat Goes Walkabout.

Cerys J, Martha N, Millie W, Romi T and Hannah R were all commended for their Animal Haiku poems.

Year Six have worked hard on their Time Travel stories. Rory S, Shreya V, Aelwen R, Grace D and Wilf S were all commended for their efforts.
