Celebration Assembly Fills The Barn with Applause

In a busy assembly that saw us applaud a huge number of children for their achievements, Mr Butt started by congratulating Year 3 & 4 in their spectacular production this week.

We then moved on to a wonderful performance from Jasper, who sang a song from Oliver.

In yet another incredible performing arts event at King’s Hawford, Mr Butt congratulated all the children (over thirty!) who performed at the Informal Concert last night.

Achievements Outside School

A huge well done to goalkeeper Charlie B, who has been chosen as player of the match by the other football team for the last four matches!

In karate, Finlay R has reached 3^rd Kyu brown belt and Myles who has received his 7^th Kyu orange belt.

In gymnastics, Alice H represented her Wyre Forest team in the floor and vault championships, not only did her team win first but Alice was also awarded individual first place.

Tenner Challenge

A number of our Tenner Challenge teams showed us some fantastic adverts ahead of their last day of selling, as well as presenting raffle prizes.

Jaws and Co did a presentation and advert about their 3D printed products, which are biodegradable.

Henry and Austin from ‘Two Guys’ spoke to everyone about their raffle and the prizes available including an Aztec Adventure voucher!

Ffion presented a raffle prize (a lovely teddy bear) to Martha in Year 4!

Annie W’s team presented two baskets filled with incredible prizes to William K and Maysie L. Well done!

Tilly from the Terrible Ts sold raffle tickets and cookies, and presented the raffle prizes to Casey who won a very cuddly teddy.
