Chance to Dance 2018

Our first ever ‘Chance to Dance’ showcase was held in the Wightman Studio on Friday 22nd June. Following the concept behind Informal Concerts and LAMDA platforms, this new event was created to allow pupils a stage to perform solo and group dances in an intimate and informal setting. Many of the dances had been choreographed by the children themselves and we were treated to a wide variety of styles, including tap, modern and lyrical.  The creativity on display was inspiring and the whole event was a real treat. Congratulations to all the performers – what a super end to the week.
