Curiosity and Creativity: An Unforgettable Day at The King Power Stadium

Over the weekend, Year 6 pupil Will had an extraordinary adventure at The King Power Stadium, the home ground of Leicester City FC, as he watched his first Leicester City home match against Fulham. While the team faced a 2-0 defeat, the day took an incredible turn that left Will beaming with excitement.

Curiosity and creativity played a big role in the unforgettable moment. Holding up his carefully crafted handmade sign, Will caught the attention of none other than Jamie Vardy, Leicester City’s legendary striker. To Will’s amazement, Vardy responded by handing over his match-worn shirt, a gesture that turned the day into a memory of a lifetime.

What a remarkable way to remember his first Leicester City home match, an unforgettable combination of curiosity, courage, and an amazing act of generosity!
