Festive Theatre Fun for Pre-Prep

Pre-Prep had an exciting trip to The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham on Tuesday to watch The Ugly Duckling. The children were captivated by the story of the poor little ugly duckling and all the characters in the performance. They loved singing along to the songs and learning some “duck language”!

The Hans Christian Andersen’s classic tale of individuality, rejection and acceptance was brought vividly to life in this adaptation for young children. There was lots of laughter and clapping and even a bit of dancing!

After the performance the children enjoyed eating their packed lunches with their friends and talking about the tale of the ugly duckling.

It was a lovely, fun-filled treat for our Pre-Prep children and we are so proud of them all for their exemplary behaviour and beautiful manners!
