GYM Homework with a Festive Twist!

The cold and frosty weather of last weekend provided the perfect backdrop for the children at KSA to work on some Christmas themed GYM homework projects, selected from a grid of fun-filled, festive activities.

As ever, children from all year groups enjoyed taking to the kitchen with their families and baking Christmas treats, which looked delicious!

The children demonstrated their super arts and crafts skills with some fabulous, festive artwork and intricate paper snowflakes of all shapes and sizes. Other brilliant projects included thoughtfully hand-crafted Christmas cards to send to friends and family, and fantastic Lego models depicting Christmas scenes.

A popular choice from children of all ages was creating a Christmas tree ornament for the annual competition. The entries so far have been beautifully varied, and constructed from many different materials. The ornaments are now adorning both the Prep and Pre-Prep Christmas trees for all to admire. There is still time to enter the competition if you would like to take part: simply make your own ornament and make sure it’s labelled with your name and class and brought into school by Wednesday 13th December. The winners will be announced by Mr Chapman at the end of term!
