School Joins Together to Celebrate Success

Today’s Celebration Assembly looked a little different compared with most weeks: instead of The Barn, the backdrop for Assembly was the hard surface. Pupils and staff wrapped up warm as they filed out into the crisp fresh air.

Mr Butt did a sterling job of ensuring that all of the weekly successes were celebrated at lightning speed. It was a tremendously efficient assembly.

Headmaster Awards (HMAs)

Well done to Hugo G in Year One, who has been to see Mr Butt this week to show off his brilliant work in maths. Year Five pupils Freddie B and Barnaby J impressed their art teachers by producing work in the style of Henry Moore.

In their topic work, Year Five have been looking at the Victorian era. Mary W produced an exceptional biography on Pablo Fanque and William R and Gracie D both produced spectacular Africa posters; the children both worked independently on these.
