Year 4 Explore the Exciting World of Drama

This week, Year 4 have been exploring the exciting world of drama. Working collaboratively in small groups, the children created their own imaginative six-part scenes, developing their ideas from initial concepts through to performance.

Throughout the process, pupils focused on key drama skills such as expression, voice projection, movement and teamwork, carefully considering how to bring their characters and stories to life. They worked thoughtfully together, sharing ideas, rehearsing and refining their performances.

The week culminated in each group performing their scenes to the rest of the class. It was fantastic to see the confidence, creativity and enthusiasm on display, with every pupil playing an important role both on and off the stage.
