Year 6 Discover New Worlds Through Reading

During their recent library session, our Year 6 pupils enjoyed spending time exploring the wide range of books available on the shelves.

Whether choosing an exciting fiction story to transport them to another world or selecting a non-fiction book to learn more about a favourite sport, hobby or area of interest, the children relished the opportunity to read for pleasure.

Regular library visits encourage a lifelong love of reading and allow pupils to discover new authors, topics and genres. It was wonderful to see Year 6 fully engaged in their books, enjoying some quiet time to immerse themselves in reading and broaden their knowledge.
