Year 6 Magistrates talk

Year 6 children were full of questions for our visiting magistrates last Friday. Judith Hulland JP and her colleague, who work for Magistrates in the Community, spoke to the children about the criminal justice system and the voluntary work of the magistrates. Children were given the opportunity to really think about the impact of different types of crime and a spot of role play and drama helped them to consider the impact of a robbery of an elderly lady.
