Supporting Malvern St James Families

We are sorry to hear the news regarding Malvern St James School and recognise how difficult and unsettling this will be for its community.

The King’s Worcester Foundation wishes to offer a supportive and practical conversation to MSJ families who may be considering their next steps for September. Where appropriate, we would be happy to discuss potential places across our schools and to answer any questions.

Contact us confidentially to arrange a conversation.

Boots and Nature Play: A New Adventure for Prep Pupils

We are thrilled to introduce a new weekly activity for our Prep pupils: Boots and Nature Play! Every week, the children will have the opportunity to enjoy playtime in our Forest School area, where they can explore, imagine, and connect with nature.

Forest School play is an invaluable experience for children, fostering creativity, curiosity, and a sense of wonder. Time spent outdoors has been shown to enhance well-being, encourage problem-solving skills, and nurture teamwork and resilience. Our Boots and Nature Play sessions aim to provide a fun and enriching environment where children can thrive, all while enjoying the fresh air and natural surroundings.

To ensure your child is ready to join in the fun, please send them to school with a pair of wellington boots and waterproof trousers (if you have them) starting next week, these can remain in school.

We look forward to seeing our pupils embrace the joys of nature and all the wonderful adventures that await them in Boots and Nature Play!
