House Matches Mark End of Season

U8 and U9 House Hockey:

For their final Games lesson of the term, the Year Three and Four girls donned their festive headbands and hats and took part in a Christmas-themed round-robin tournament. The teams were the Jingle Bell Rockers, the Gingerbread Girls, the Snowball Slingers, the Holly Jolly Heroes, the Rudolph Runners and Santa’s Little Helpers, and they embraced the wet Hard-Surface and played brilliantly throughout. Mrs Butt and Miss Lake were extremely impressed by all of the girls’ attitudes and identified several Players of the Tournament for their skill and teamwork on show: Jasmine O, Florrie W, Ruby K, Robyn C, Amelie B, Persie D, Valerie M, Alanna A, Maisie L and Adelyn K. Sophia R also showed great sportsmanship by congratulating the winning team members after the results had been announced. Congratulations go to the Jingle Bell Rockers, made up of Jasmine O, Annie W, Simi H and Georgia P, who took first place, scoring 21 points!
