Magical Discoveries in Reception

It’s been another exciting and imaginative week in Reception. The children have been enjoying the classic story Jack and the Beanstalk, which sparked plenty of curiosity and creativity in the classroom.

Inspired by the tale, the children planted their very own beans. They carefully filled their pots with soil and gently pressed in the seeds, taking great care with each step. There was a real sense of anticipation as everyone wondered what might happen next. The following morning brought a wonderful surprise, each pot contained what appeared to be magic beans! The children were amazed by the mysterious overnight appearance and have been full of questions and excitement ever since.

We are now eagerly waiting to see what will grow. The children have been responsibly watering their plants each day and observing any changes. Will their beanstalks grow tall enough to reach the clouds? Only time will tell!

We look forward to sharing more updates as our magical beanstalks begin to grow.
